Our firm acted as legal counsel to Ygeia Group in connection with the acquisition of Eden Medical Center, a specialist rehabilitation and palliative care facility based in Larnaca.

The transaction represents Ygia Group’s strategic expansion in the Cyprus healthcare sector and significantly broadened the Group’s range of services, extending its healthcare offering from hospital treatment to rehabilitation and palliative care.

Following completion of the acquisition, Ygeia Group became the largest private provider of inpatient care services in Cyprus, with more than 270 beds, further strengthening its position in the Cyprus private healthcare sector.
